they are, will require different levels of support. Hi-Tek Data offers a complete
family of phone, remote, on-site and self-maintenance support solutions with a range
of response times and coverage options as well as customer-specific call flows,
priority of response and even dedicated on-site engineers. Specifically, Hi-Tek
Flexible Support as Needed
- Our Preferred plan:
Our Preferred Plan is offered to our preferred customers to cover their full support
needs and includes annual support for unlimited monthly phone support at rates at
a monthly billing. In addition, customers with this plan may select optional additional
remote or onsite support at a discounted rate.
- Our Project plan:
Our Project Plan is offered to customers at a flat rate for Technology Projects,
which includes a block of hours to cover the project. Rates are discounted for the
length of the project and for the use of any support up to 12 months following.
- Customized Plan:
Customers may select to combine our Preferred and Project plans to meet their exact
requirements with a customized plan to meet their needs and budget.
- Our Retainer plan:
This plan is offered to only our regular customers with support requirements at
a lower priority and includes a block of prepaid time at a fixed rate, to be used
within 12 months.
Hi-Tek Data follows a documented escalation management process that ensures all
support calls follow formal, well-established guidelines. The escalation path, which
can be customized to meet the client’s specific requirements, ensures the minimal
amount of time is required to bring the customer’s systems back online or to address
a current issue.
